Xfinity technicians can do a lot. They can set up your X1 service, connect your HomeHub, and even help you merge profiles in your connected home. What they can't do is mount a TV for you. From concept to script to last minute line changes on set, I wrote the words that brought the Xfinity HelloTech referral process to life for social.
